Five of the Coolest Cars You Didn't Know Existed
#1 K5 Tahoe
Flat Out Autos unveiled a brand new K5 Tahoe Conversion ar SEMA 2019 and went into production in the spring of 2020 setting up templates and fixtures to replicate the custom sheetmetal for the conversion. Everything is performed in house, including the hand formed door skins. A
ll of the classics look of a first gen K5 Blazer but with the comfort and reliability of a modern SUV. All safety features are kept intact, including front and side airbags, parking sensors, back up camera, lane keeping assist, power lift gate and remote start, even passive keyless entry, and blind spot warnings are incorporated.
#2 Rezvani Tank
Take it all in. This is the 2020 Rezvani Tank X, and it's a wild SUV for an incredible amount of money.
Rezvani revealed the Tank X in 2019 along with its $349,000 starting price. That figure includes a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 taken from a Dodge Challenger Demon, which we suppose somewhat makes up for the sky-high cost. The Irvine, California-based automaker has tuned the engine to make over 1,000 horsepower, according to the company's website. Believe it or not, the Tank X starts life as a new Jeep Wrangler. From there, Rezvani carries out its typical over-the-top approach and redesigns it with new body panels that, according to the company, take cues from military vehicles. Even with military cues and over 1,000 hp, the company said it wants the Tank X to be a "daily driver." Thus, Rezvani spent a lot of time working on the suspension. The company claims the Tank X will drive much like an off-road supercar. The system can supposedly handle the harshest terrain, but at the same time, doesn't make the cabin an awful place to be for drivers and passengers. The SUV can attribute some of its off-road credentials to its 37-inch tires, Fox Racing suspension and Dynatrac axles. There are also optional Fox Racing bypass shocks available, should you want something even more aggressive for the unbeaten path. That'll set you back an additional $12,500. Once you've hoisted yourself into the Tank X, you'll find hand-stitched leather, a suede headliner and a 7.9-inch touchscreen for infotainment purposes. The nicer leather is also a $2,500 option, per the company's website. Things add up rather quickly when optioning a Tank X. Bored of the luxurious add-ons and other gadgets? Don't fret, because Rezvani also offers a suite of protection features on the Tank Military Edition like an EMP protection shield to ensure all electronics work in the case of EMP blast. Apparently, Rezvani imagines owners taking their super-SUVs into some dicey areas. There's also a night vision system, ballistic armor, Kevlar armor, bulletproof glass and military-grade run-flat tires. To be fair, the Tank does start at a price lower than $349,000, but it's an SUV meant for those with loaded checking accounts. For $155,000, buyers can place an order for a regular Tank with a 3.6-liter V6, opt for a 6.4-liter V8 and even swap in a 3.0-liter diesel V6. There's a lot of room to price various Tank models, but something like a fully loaded Tank X will easily crest $400,000.
#3 Morgan Plus Six
Maintaining Morgan’s philosophy of lightweight craftsmanship and performance, the Plus Six weighs just 1,075kg in total, and features a greater number of occupant benefits and technology, while retaining the celebrated design synonymous with Morgan cars.
A culmination of hundreds of design changes and improvements are made possible thanks to the new processes and functionality that the CX-Generation platform introduces to Morgan.
Upon engaging with the vehicle, uplifts in material quality, fit and finish, aesthetic detailing and the engineering aptitude that has been applied to each component are immediately apparent. The Plus Six completely repositions Morgan’s flagship product and with it, the brand itself.
Like every Morgan, it is important that the vehicle presents the client with a flexible canvas to impart their own personality upon. The Plus Six offers greater levels of customisation than ever before.
#4Glickenhaus Boot
The SCG Boot is a modern high-performance homage to the Steve McQueen Baja Boot. It is an all-terrain platform capable of pre-running the Baja at speed, crawling through the rocks at Hammertown, and exploring the backcountry roads in between. $258,750 USD, ex factory
#5 The Cal Spyder
The Cal Spyder combines the look of the ferrari with the price tag of a Corvette. If you're like me you're tired of driving the same ol Ferrari but you're not quite ready to fork over 20 million for its influence the 250 GT California. There are several different engine options but for me, I'm taking the 520HP LS7. Speed, style, affordability. Russian mail order bride extra.
German tuner Gemballa building Porsche 911 monster truck mutant mash-up
German tuner Gemballa released sketches of a Porsche 911 put on seriously tall stilts that it plans to bring to production. Called Avalanche 4x4, and presumably named after the snow cascade rather than the versatile Chevrolet truck, the model will land in a class of one when it makes its full debut before the end of 2020.
This mutant off-roader shares represents a dramatic departure from the low-slung, rear-engined coupe it started life as. It's unusually tall, it's rolling on tires we'd expect to find under the new Ford Bronco, and every single one of its body panels has received some degree of modification. The front end gets a shorter bumper that improves its approach angle, a NACA duct, and deep vents. There are additional vents behind the doors and on the roof, while the back end is characterized by a chopped-up bumper, a new diffuser, and a huge wing.

Superformance GT40 MKII
Superformance, a South African company that manufactures a line of Shelby Cobra and Daytona coupe replicas, has offered a price solution—its version of a GT40 can be had for “only” $125,000.
This replica is sold without the powertrain, a strategy that circumvents emissions and crash regulations, which the GT40 does not meet. Customers plunk down 80 grand and then add the other bits a la carte.
To keep the experience authentic, Superformance built the new car as close to original as possible, both dimensionally and in terms of construction. In fact, two-thirds of the suspension pieces will bolt right up to the original. Customers can opt to position the shifter in a conventional center location or along the side sill as in the original.
